IARC 2026 gathers academics, practitioners, and regulators around contemporary and emerging challenges in actuarial science, insurance, pensions, and financial risk management.

Objectives

  1. 01A platform for academics, practitioners, and regulators to share insights, research findings, and best practices on contemporary and emerging challenges in actuarial science, insurance, pensions, and financial risk management.
  2. 02Encouraging sustainable and innovative financial risk solutions through collaborative research and interdisciplinary dialogue, in response to demographic shifts, climate risk, and technological change.
  3. 03Strengthening partnerships between universities, industry, and government institutions in developing trustworthy actuarial models and policy recommendations.
  4. 04Supporting actuarial science education through curriculum innovation, academic excellence, and academic–industry engagement.
  5. 05Providing a platform for international collaboration and greater global visibility of Indonesian actuarial research.

General Insurance includes pricing and ratemaking, outstanding claims liability in long-tail business, catastrophe insurance, credit insurance, automobile and health insurance, microinsurance, and reinsurance.

The committee also welcomes other research areas related to actuarial science and its application in non-banking industries.

Submission of new abstracts closed on 18 July 2026. Authors whose abstracts were accepted may now submit their full manuscript through their existing account — full papers are due 13 September 2026. Registration remains open for non-presenting participants, handled fully online through the conference platform — not by email. Your Letter of Acceptance can be downloaded directly from your account.

Payment of Registration Fee

Payment for Normal-Fee registrations is due 28 July 2026. Once paid, you must upload the payment proof through your account — not by email. After the committee confirms your payment, your payment receipt can be downloaded from your account.
